Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

in the middle of my job, another man ordered me, and I had to start my order again. Apart from everything I ordered, I ordered 2 fresh big pommes. noticed girls do not fresh on the order screen as other McDonald’s. I repeated that I wanted fresh pommes and she said no worries that they were fresh. I have to ask the window if the pommes were fresh again, she said they were. I ate one on the window and told her they were not fresh. they said yes, they are that I only put them on the head. well, they were cold and stabbed and tasted funny, which does not mean fresh. This used to be the most decent McDs in the area.. food was fresh, friendly service. I rarely go to get anything fast food at all, but now and again for breakfast. The last three times we’ve gone in the last three months, customer service is terrible. They are just quite rude when taking your order and money. The only one nice has been at the window handing you your food… which today was incorrectly made. I realize I am not ordering food at the Ritz but damn.. a little kindness goes a long way.
