Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

went to go get my family eaten they had me pull around to the wait spot in the front at 11:42 am and a truck takes in behind me, which also wait we both were there, as they told us that eating was ready when we finally went around 12 o'clock and they said we forget it was ice cold they never brought the foods that they forget about their customers before the parkings that they will not park it back?

I went through the drive through and my food is ok but when I got handed my coffee it was overflowing over the cap and at first she wanted me to clean it up even though she handed it to me over flowing after a minute she brought it back all fixed and good to go but I did have to wait around like 10 minutes for my food when I only got 4 cheap burgers. So very slow pokey service.

If I could post the picture of the crappy food they gave me you would be shocked... Then I had to drive all the way back 20 miles because they forgot the fish sandwich... And they still messed up

The customer service was excellent. The front three managers did an awesome job. We will be back for sure

Drunk 15 year olds made the food and it wasn’t edible. Employees goofed off the whole time
