Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Yes once again the McDonald's did not have shakes and in 3 years that I've been sitting there and going there once in a while they have not had special key shakes at all ever that I've been there even though they . One staff member had the mask on 1 staff member did not have the mask on I wasn't greeted and I wasn't thanked for coming to their business establishment . This location really needs to learn how to prepare their food have their food available which includes inventory of specialty items set down special key items that are advertising.

Not impressed? ordered used their app, went inside to pick up my order and wasn’t even acknowledged that I was there, they were too busy preparing doordash meals and ignored the walk-in customers. Longest I have ever waited for a meal at any McDonald’s, especially after ordering it on their app prior to entering their building.

I give you 5 stars for taking care of us tired and hungry folks during the storm! I appreciate that you did your best to serve us, even if I had to wait an hour for my order. You were the only place open, and your efforts didn't go unnoticed. Thank you for everything!

This is my third visit here, and unfortunately, the customer service has been terrible each time. The manager is rude, and they consistently struggle to get orders right. Instead of addressing the issues with the order, they just say, "We ran out."

This McDonald's is the worst in Florida. Only come here if you want to experience a complete mess with your order.
