Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Terrible experience .came in to get breakfast and went to the machine to order. Could not find what I was looking for. So I asked the young lady with the ugly sour face if the item was still available. She answered with a yes and a roll of the eyescustom gesture in black women when they are feeling inconvenience. She immediately dismissed me and kept talking to a co workerabout why he let someone leave. I stood there for 30 sec and was ignored by both of them. Well I see why whomever left becauseof the management poor customer service. If you do that to a customer ..I'm sure your staff gets worst. Owners you are going tohave to do bett with your staffing or this store is going to suffer. And...

I recently visited your location on Redan Rd and purchased two hash browns and an apple fritter. When I got home and prepared to eat them, I noticed that the fritter had mold in the middle and was extremely stale. If this had been given to a child for breakfast without being checked, they could have become very sick or even worse. I am very dissatisfied with my experience at restaurant #6951, especially since they weren’t even busy at the time. The service there reflects very poor management, and I plan to escalate this issue to McDonald's corporate. This is unacceptable.

I wish I could give this McDonald's negative stars. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at one of their locations. I only visit this place when I'm nearby, and each time there's an issue. Today, my order was missing two items, so I went back to get them replaced. Unfortunately, all the employees were outside arguing. When I finally spoke to someone about my missing items, she had an attitude and wouldn't even glance at the receipt. I really hope for better staff here. Should I just call corporate?

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is awful! They didn't accept my app, so I couldn't get my free rewards. The teas are always overly sweet, and the cakes are rarely fresh when they have them. The oil needs to be changed, and the staff are rude, disrespectful, untrained, and unprofessional. Please improve this for the sake of other customers, because I won’t be returning!

Hooray for Tay! The food was juicy, and the staff was exceptional! Well done, everyone! The team was friendly, and both the food and service were fantastic!
