Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

This McDonald's location is run by a fantastic owner who can often be seen working alongside his staff at any time of day. It's great to see him interacting with customers in a fast food setting. The menu may be standard, but the staff are always friendly and efficient. The restaurant has limited seating and parking can be a bit of a challenge, but there is parking available in the shopping center carpark just a short walk away. The owner has built strong relationships with local residents and regular customers, which is commendable.

I was quite disappointed when I visited this McDonald's. Unfortunately, the playground was closed, possibly due to a storm. The food wasn't very good either, and it was difficult to keep my child entertained without the playground.

I have never received such a warm welcome at a McDonald's before. It wasn't just one staff member, but multiple people, which was impressive. The food was delicious as well. Thank you, McDonald's, for exceeding my expectations!

We visit this McDonalds quite regularly and always find the food is consistently good and the service good. It's a smaller' restaurant as far as they go but we've found them to be friendly with good service.

Good place for kids... Always wants to go BrackenRidge McDonald... Playing area safe and clean and very nice and pleasant atmosphere...!
