McDonald's Restaurant

As a regular customer of the McDonald's at Zürcherstrasse 50 in Winterthur, I am writing this review with a certain degree of disappointment. There are some pressing issues that need to be addressed. The cleanliness of the men's room is far from what you would expect, with an unpleasant smell that is difficult to ignore. This raises concerns about the restaurant's overall hygiene standards. The employees, although they seem to be good people, seem unmotivated. This is not the level of service we expect from a global brand like McDonald's. I think this is more of a management problem. The CBO Burger used to be my favorite Burger and I thought it was a shame when it was no longer available. Today I was finally able to order a CBO again, but when I ate the burger I unfortunately realized that it wasn't as good as it used to be. Way too much meat and too expensive for 10. .

Everything was McD as usual, we decided to take away, but then found out when we got home that the fries and the apple turnover were missing. Of course it was too late to go back and complain. Therefore, with ToGo, always check again upon receipt.
