All families with 2 smallest children are no longer allowed to use the Mac. I have to pay 55fr from the parking lot, children are no longer allowed to go to the playground or eat dessert... Because if you go too slow, you just get stressed and you're no longer allowed to enjoy yourself. My families don't go anymore...

Parking only 1h30min. with families with children is unthinkable. I have a fine of 55Fr. received because I parked there at 2:30. It's unbelievable and a robbery. You can no longer eat dinner in peace, you have to watch the clock. I'm NEVER leaving again!

I 've witnessed disrespectful behavior and poor customer service at McDonald 's locations numerous times. It 's disappointing to see such behavior from a well-known fast food chain.
