Mcdonald's Restaurants

I recently visited one of the worst McDonald's locations I have ever been to. They refused to serve me at the counter, even though I wanted to pay with cash, and their order machines were malfunctioning. Even the McDonald's staff member who assisted me with placing my order seemed frustrated with the kiosks and was not very friendly. I am baffled as to why such a simple process has become so convoluted and complex. I miss the days when the staff were friendly and it was nice to interact with a human being. While I appreciate progress, this feels like a step backwards. I will definitely be avoiding the Havant branch in the future. On the bright side, a different branch in Portsmouth was delig...

So incredibly disappointed with this McDonalds which is one of the worst we have been to. They won't serve you at the till even when not busy just direct you to order on the boards. They refuse to serve. It is such a shame as some of us want the interaction, have queries, want to pay by cash but this franchise won't budge. Most McDonalds are still lovely and want you to have the McDonalds experience! Sadly this is our nearest I avoid at all costs if I can as always end up stressed.

I was very disappointed by the lack of good customer service at this restaurant. They consistently refused to serve me at the counter and instead directed me to the order kiosks, even when I was paying with cash or using a voucher. This resulted in having to go back to the counter, only to find that the kiosks were not working. It was a frustrating and unnecessary experience. I strongly dislike this McDonald's location.

This McDonald's is the worst I've ever visited. It's hard to believe they call it 'fast food' when you have to wait 30 minutes for your order! They give priority to Uber/Just Eat orders, which means you have to wait an absurdly long time for anything!

Easy location, lots of parking and seating. Very clean! The crispy chicken salad was tasty. Prices are fair. Worth a visit
