Hello, my name is Mercy Oviasogie. My family and I visited the McDonald's on Vicarage Lane in Sutton, Spalding, PE12 9AF. We opted for self-service dining, and our food was brought to our table. While we were eating, a staff member named Sally came over to check on us. She made us feel welcomed, engaged in pleasant conversation, and ensured we felt comfortable during our visit. This was our first time at this particular location, and Sally's exceptional customer service has definitely made us want to return. She truly won our hearts with her kindness and attentiveness. good mcdonald’s. this mcdonald’s is quite good, the waiting times are never too long and the staff is friendly. the location of the mcdonald’s is very comfortable close to both the tank. Eating tastes as they would expect from every mcdonald. the new mcplant was super, highly recommended. will come back.

This is the best McDonald's I've ever visited, and I travel all over the country. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond. If they make a mistake, they're quick to correct it and even offer a complimentary treat. I can't wait to stop by again soon!

We enjoyed a toffee latte , and my husband had a burger and chips . It's good value food and very quick service for when you want to eat and run . Chips are very salty .
