Service is horrendous No acknowledgement what so ever We sat down, gave our orders, got our food, but no utensils or plates. Was difficult to find our waiter to take away our finished dishes, there was no space on our table. Took a long time to put in another drink order. Had to wave him down so many time to ask for check but he was like tunnel vision not looking out way. Food was good but the drinks were fantastic. It was a Saturday, yes they were swamped. But a little acknowledgement would be nice I 'll be right with you but nothing. Live music was so beautiful! It was very nice vibes. Please train your staff common courtesy. McLoone?s is a great place to enjoy a good dinner outside overlooking the beach when at Pier Village in Long Branch, NJ. The service was good and our waitress was very friendly. We ordered the Jersey flat bread as an appetizer and it was really good. For our dinner we ordered the crab cakes, a burger, Penne Wodka and a salmon salad. Meals are a little expensive, but all were pretty good.
My mother and I went to lunch on a weekday. It was just okay. We've been coming here for years and the food just wasn't the same. We always get the crab tower and it was good, but not as fresh as before. It could have been that this day was really hot and the food just wasn't good in the heat as we are out. Service was friendly and the view is always great.
had a nice business. it was easy to make a reservation and they have seats available both inside and outside. eating is good and comes fast. they were also not very strict with their 90-minute limit that we have estimated. we have a place right next to a window with magnificent views of the beach. taste each of their seafood dishes; they are great!
