Me Wah is a fine dining Chinese restaurant. Be prepared to pay high prices for small portions. Their service is excellent, very attentive. We came here with the intention of having Peking duck but because there was no website or photos of the menu it was not until we sat down that we realized they only served it in entree style 4 pieces for $28. The duck itself succulent, tender not dry but unfortunately the skin was not crispy. Hubby said he enjoyed the crab dumplings. The roast pork belly was also a let down, with only traces of meat attached and mostly fat $32 for 16 small pieces of fat. we have ordered roasted duck, baked eggs with seay, slowly cooked bark, roasted rice and stir roasted vege. I will not recommend the baked eggs with souly, because the way it was cooked completely the fresh taste and the sweet of the seay. bark meat is very soft and tasty as it is slowly cooked. the other dishes are also very beautiful. service is average. we waited for at least 10 minutes to finally have someone for our job and waited for 20-30 minutes until the roasted duck appears on our table. Finally, the price is not too expensive with its service and food quality. similar eating in melbourne is approx. 40% cheaper.

Very tasty place with professional customer services! We ordered a seafood noodle and a plate of bok choy, cost around $60 AUD. The food is awesome, I would say even better than most of the Chinese restaurant in Sydney. The only thing is the price. I will recommend it to people who don’t mind the money too much.

May be a good restaurant if they don’t enforce minimum $30 per person limit, when you can stuff yourself for less in group. Left the restaurant because of this stupid policy, it’s not about money but respect!!
