This is a nice little restaurant on the main street in Cuxhaven. It is near the beach but not off the beach. The clientele appeared to know the staff as though they were locals. with my man I visited the restaurant in the evening. the ambiente is classic, cozy and modern. that eat very well. we had as an appetizer graved lachs with kartoffelrösti and senfdipp. beautifully dressed and well, very good. we knew the restaurant, as a cozy good bourgeois house. now it is after remodeling an experience.Small menu with exquisite, selected foods to super trips. we had different appetizers and fish dishes and everything was wonderful.The service in this family business ( 3 generations) very good. equipment modern and especially very clean.
from the outside, it looks very nice. inside stylistic break between ancient and most modern theke. service is three times behind the counter. Nevertheless we thirsted. the average age beyond the 70, which perhaps explains the missing season. the men have all reserved their table for the next days. cannot happen to us.
