But I definitely will not come again.I visited on a hot day, it was 90 degrees outside. But there’s only few table seats customers. At that moment I thought that’s my luck, but it turns my unfortunate.I ordered 3 items, but only 1 item is ready when I received message. And they barely start to making the other 2 until I checked with them.The milk shaved ice is terrible. They pre shaved ice and put in the fridge. It makes the outside hard likes a shell. Oh, and they do not have those re usable metal spoons like before. The 1 time using plastic spoo...

A very good place to get some Chinese dessert and hang out with friends. For soups, like grass jelly soup and red bean soup, they have both cold and hot. They now don't take orders over the counter. Instead you have to use one of their two ordering machines. But this place is so popular that you would have to line up for a long time to order. Alternatively you could order online, but then you have to first download their app and create an account before you could order online.

My absolute favorite dessert place. So many great Taiwanese desserts to choose from and you can't go wrong with any of. The only thing bad is ordering: placing your order at the counter is discouraged, and the ordering machine is extremely difficult to use, as is the app

The staff is very unprofessional. We order 2 drinks one was cold and the other is warm. I ask them to give me another cold drink because it was warm. And they refused to give me another one all they stood around and did nothing. This is no way to run a business.
