Meinl Foodcourt - Reservar uma mesa

Meinl und ich werden keine Freunde. Bei meinem vorletzten Wien-Aufenthalt war ich schon von der Hauptfiliale am Graben eher nicht so angetan. Nun waren wir am Flughafen und hatten vor Abflug ein wenig Hunger. Hätten wir doch mal lieber einen Schokoriegel gegessen!Zunächst einmal: Der Foodcourt wirkt ganz nett - ist aber doch mehr Schein als Sein. Die von uns bestellten Pizzastücke waren kalt und trocken. Aber sauteuer. Am griechischen Salat war so ziemlich nichts frisch - die Blätter schon leicht bräunlich und unsauber geschnitten, die Gurkenstückchen matschig und ebenfalls schon ins bräunliche kippend. Service? Gibt es keinen. An der Kasse wurde der Preis genannt und "freundlich" nach einem...

We had breakfast at the Food Count near the F Gates and waited for our flight to Frankfurt. I am not sure why the reviews of this place are not better, as we enjoyed our breakfast. You cook your egg dishes while you wait and we enjoyed a ham, cheese and mushroom omelet as well as the full English breakfast with eggs sunny side up. Both were very good. You also have a continental breakfast with orange juice and coffee. I recommend this if you want orange juice as a glass of orange juice was very expensive. The butter also costs 0.70 euros, as everything outside the full breakfast is a la cart. We enjoyed our meal and the fine bread before we go home.

This is convenient and has a variety of dishes and drinks. You have complete meals as well as many hot and cold snacks to go. The food we tried was very high!

Kantinen-feeling für teures Geld. Leider kommt man nicht drum herum wenn man am Flughafen essen will, bzw muss. Das Essen war geschmacklich ok.

This place at the airport is just an average kitchen. The Snitzel is bland, but the size of the part is good. The staff is very helpful.
