jessica was our waitress. very personal and sweet. there has never been a time that I was unsatisfied with my service, but she really took care of all very well in our party of 3 adults and a child. it's my best birthday and she was really excited for her. then she informed her about the free cookie she received for birthday. it brought the most amazing big warm gooey chocolate chip cookie with chocolate puzzle. it was happy between 3 of our party members and they were all very satisfied. I am so glad that she chose mellow mushroom for her birthday dinner.

Located in the heart of Owensboro, this charming restaurant is just a short walk from the Ohio River. The atmosphere is inviting, set in a former bank building complete with the original vault. The pizza selection is extensive, with a variety of specialty options as well as a create-your-own menu. For starters, we ordered the Pretzel Bites with spicy beer cheese, followed by the Holy Shitake mushroom pizza. Both dishes were delicious and highly recommended.

we enjoy it, the melow mushroom, it’[censored] or miss how understanding their waiting staff is about vegan decisions, but we have found out how to order as we need at this point. we get my sons French brot with FYH cheese, and make sure to say milk allergy so that they don't add butter to brot before it roasts. Carmelized tweepering and mushroom trio is my favorite tips!

that was my first time to eat at the mellow mushroom and will not be my last. the personal was friendly, the atmosphere was covered, and the eating was absolutely delicious. I recommend to them to check it, they will not regret it!

I ordered the tempe hoagie with vegan cheese and forgot to say no maya. Oh, no! but never feared, cailee didn't let my vegan hoagie out with mayonnaise.
