Melting Pot Cuisine

I've been ordering from this place for a few years now. And it's ALWAYS SOMETHING. They are the epitome of the stereotype of a Caribbean west indian restaurant that has good food but just can't get the service side down.One year I asked in advanced for a tray of curry goat for thanksgiving , i then came by at the time i was told to, and then was told that I showed up too late and they were out of goat.And then this place is not even 10 minutes away and they routinely take well over an hour and a half to deliver my food no matter how simple my order. And then they have(numerous times) been out of items i ordered and needed to either replace things or just were unable to provide them. One time...

Food is low quality. Meat has lots of fat, either over cooked or raw. Customer Service Is Terrible. They messed up my order and when I call to get it fixed they offer no solution. Messed up literally my entire order and I was just given run arounds instead of money back or an exchange. Way better spots for Caribbean food in queens than here. Definitely would not recommend to anyone who wants their moneys worth.

Food was salty and mediocre at best. Asked guy for an additional container and he said his boss counts the dishes and if one is missing they assume it was sold. Beef patty tasted artificial like it came from a frozen stock. Save your money and go elsewhere.Vegetarian options: Not limited no meat options . Like I said save your money

I will never buy anything from here again the lady at the register is soooooooo rude.And very ugly hard to look at.Then this place don’t provide any type of AC you will need a shower after ordering and waiting for your food.Don’t waste your time
