Very long service (1h00 to get drinks) from a management problem. The waitresses were on the other hand very professional. Order a burger and not receive the entirety of its order. No cheese, while the sandwich is called “Frenchie” in particular because the main ingredient is camembert. And of course serve the burger such as without informing the client, or the waitress. We preferred not to take dessert given the service, of very poor quality. To finish fortunately that the manager was there to remind the waitress that she had forgotten the carambars by giving us the check. It would almost have made us forget this bad experience... or not.

Disappointed! I knew the franchise in the south but then there in Besançon really negative experience. Staff slow and unskilled yet we were a noon and there were 3 tables to be served... eatable meal prepared in reverse in 3 min top time... we are really not feeling comfortable... dirty glasses and floor that stuck without the room... we had the time to eat that our dishes and excessive prices for the proposed quality... in short we will never return!

Never again suck organization !!,resto almost empty burger prepare at the same time as the entrance left on the pass cold fried cuisines cheese not melted by regulation only in liquid no CB the worst restaurant in the manager world that manages that slab the guy scratches his head in the kitchen because he doesn't know what to do has fired emergency !! even the waitress the poor and in galery caused the incompetence of the pseudo manager must

We went to my friends and I tonight, which springs out: a kitchen with the top burger... the waitresses, we thank you for your good mood and your sympathy sometimes tested; A restaurant to choose to spend a good evening and eat well!!!
