Merbé - Reservar uma mesa

We used to go to Merbe every year many times during the season. Since CMA bought service and quality of food just deteriorated. The last experience was terrible , more than one hour to get the order for two, the waiters could not care less. They changed all the staff and the menu. We Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND TO EAT THERE. Stefano PLEASE COME BACK !!!

Totally disappointed food was very mediocre wait was so long service was lots. Not ideal for a Swiss experience. The croute was probably a day old. The fondue was liquid and lukewarm. The salad mêlée was not one. The wine was good but expensive.

Come for drinks and views. Come with a good company. The food is average. The interior is cozy and lovely. Reservation far in advance is recommended.

Had lunch in the sunny terrace, view was good but food was so so compared to the past expérience. Dont think will be back to eat.

An excellent lunch, beef fish, veal chicken, well presented. Must try selections from the pastry chef! Good service.
