We were 80 with 10 people. Birthday invited. The superior was presented to us by name and offered us an aperitif with or without alcohol with cucumber pieces. He tasted very good, refreshing. Two hot bread slices with butter and salt were then served. The hostess had chosen a clear mushroom soup, delicious. We celebrated our civilian wedding at MerkMahl. Mr. Burchert and his team have prepared us for a wonderful day, set everything to ensure that our wishes have been implemented and that we support ourselves in the weather in question in such a way that we could also celebrate outside spontaneously. We ate the menu during the holidays. The food was good, but overpriced for what was offered. Maybe worse the service. The waitress was responsible for two rooms and although at the beginning only 3 tables were occupied, we waited for 45 minutes for drinks, after another 30 minutes for the appetizer. The waitress seemed unplanned and clumsy.
