Meshwi - Reservar mesa

My partner and I were ambling along Bethnal Green Rd E2, trying to decide what to eat. I said to him lets try that restaurant on the corner... we looked over the menu on the window and went in, the place was vibrantly decorated and...had a sociable (low level) ambience.... we ordered, I had the Meshwi spicy chicken wings and he had the Meshwi lamb chops. When the food arrived I was astonished as the plate of food looked so inviting and scrumptious... a feast for the eyes as well as the tummy. Wings were laid on a bed of lightly spiced rice with the freshest, finest shredded salad on one side, of lettuce, cucumber, tomato and olives, etc and the most delicious wings I've ever eaten, super tas...

as a previous contributor said, we were also looking for a place to eat and passed over meshwi. and we were so glad we made it! we chose the plate for two and it was huge! the food was fabulous. consisting of flat brot with dips,...salad grilled vegetables, cousin, 2 different rice and charges of grilled meat. beautifully cooked and presentation was excellent. it was so good that we decided to return the next night! the various starters, including the falafels and moussaka. after main courses, served with salads, brot and rice. so stuffed could not manage the dessert at both locations, but have delicious mango leti and the alcohol-free skyberry was great!

visited this place with a buck of friends, random selection as we were in the opposite. it is a fairly simple but beautiful clean decoration inside, located on 2 etagens, was pretty busy on the top floor, so we took the cellar. mix platter was superb, really enjoyed it, so. a fleshy firm. excellent customer service we get is average price. we also got Turkish tee bakhlava as free, which was a nice gesture. highly recommended for meat lovers. oh by the way, as we have discovered, they only accept cash, not cards.

With Dalston up the road I was surprised to find a Turkish style restaurant this bad. The portions are small and lazy and fresh from the microwave that was heckling us from the start. Humus was bland. All could have been saved if there was...an ounce of service but there isn't a scale small enough to measure the poor quality of our experience. Avoid this restaurant if you are looking to enjoy yourself! Reserve uma mesa agora

ordered a take away of 1 baba gaoush and 1 humous, which came to £8. Waited 10 minutes, and when I got home the tubs were 20% full and no bread. Total con, steer clear. I can't see how they manage to give you 4...times as much in the far more expensive Edgware Road, and for less. I have learned my lesson and will not be back.

The 2 waiters had a serious uninterested look on their face. However the food was quite decent and the mango lassi was delicous. I ordered half chicken, I managed to eat only quarter. When I asked to get the rest to take home the waiter...looked at me in shock. I managed not to take it personally...

Apart from the non-alcoholic beer........which is an acquired taste, and not realising I could have taken my own, the quality of food and service is excellent. Really good value!

This is so tasty and very friendly staff also would really recommend the meshwi platter for £29.99 mango lassi was perfect very big portions

rather standard Turkish food compound...Not excellent, but still decent. a good size and taste card is accepted!
