Metropolitan Bar & Grill

Went to the patio today. Ordered bevi. Waited patiently for our lettuce wraps. After being patient. My cousin went to ask where our food was. Was not busy at all. And apparently the kitchen did not even get our order. The server did not apologize and told us she would take it off our bill. Funny we did not even get an option. Then she had the balls to ask what our plans were. Which was to go eat somewhere else because we were starving. Sorry but no tip. As a serve you should no better that is your job. Sweet girl. But still was not busy. And we left unhappy hungry and lost customers for live.

Terrible service. Food not good. Our friends burger is a frozen patty and disgusting. He spoke up and the server said he would remove it from the bill. We will see if he does.Won't come back here. Was never asked if we would like a refill on drinks.
