M&f Jamaican Restaurant And Bar

I love M&F ever since they first started out in the truck on Main Street! I had them for lunch EVERYDAY! Their food has NEVER disappoint. I’ve tried other places and when I tell you the seasoning nor nothing is no where near authentic like this place I mean nowhere! BLESS UP M&F !

Pepper steak was delicious and tender. Patties were fair, not enough flavor, but the service was great. Food cooked to order and staff vert courteous. Great variety in beverages.

Great food, and lots of it. Easy and friendly experience. My family all split curried chicken and goat, and the jerk and fried chicken...and everything was awesome.

Environment is cool. Curry chicken bread is usually good when I visit. Not a fan of the drinks though. If I pay full price, I expect full cup. Won’t do that again.

Cross the river for this one!! Everything was delicious!! I will bypass the three Jamaican restaurants close to me to cross the every time for this food!!!!
