Mian - Reservar mesa

I hesitated to write this review because I don't want this place to become so crowded that I have to deal with long wait times. However, I feel compelled to share my thoughts since it's one of our favorite spots in Las Vegas and truly deserves the praise! They have a user-friendly website for placing takeout orders. Today, we enjoyed our usual soups: the house beef noodle and the Sichuan hot and sour. They were delicious, as always. Additionally, we decided to try the pork dumpling entree, and wow, they were incredible! The pork was juicy, and the dumpling wrapper was perfect—especially when paired with the spicy chili oil. I highly recommend trying these; you won't be disappointed!

Mian is our regular go-to restaurant. Our children have a preference for their zha Jiang mian, chicken soup noodle, steamed eggs and crispy pork. For us, we enjoy the spicy sour beef noodle. Occasionally, we may add side noodles to it and they will add soup if you request. The ordering process through QR code is straightforward and simple. Our servers are proficient in English, which can potentially alleviate any issues that might arise due to incorrect food choices.

Genuine, spicy, and utterly delightful! This restaurant excels with its noodles—cooked to perfection and packed with just the right amount of heat. The flavors are robust, just as you would anticipate from a high-quality Chinese noodle establishment. The setting is tidy and welcoming, making it an excellent choice for a satisfying meal. If you’re in the mood for authentic Chinese noodles that deliver a true flavor burst, this is the place to go.

This is definitely one of my favorite Sichuan noodle spots. The noodles and Sichuan spices blend perfectly together. The noodles have a great texture—neither too soft nor too firm. The Sichuan spice is just right; it delivers a wonderful numbness and heat without being overwhelming. I usually order the Chengdu ZaJiang noodles (not shown in the photos), the House Beef noodles, chili oil wontons, and steamed eggs with minced pork. Reserve uma mesa agora

Delicious. The sauce for the pork dumplings has such a unique flavor profile and the hot and sour soup is so rich and complex. The noodles are on the thin side, which I like. (My partner prefers them thicker. The dumplings are a must!

Good place to have a quick authentic Chinese noodle dish. They provide 5 spicy levels for all noodles options. Dry and soup noodles are available here. Mung bean soup drink is great when having spice. Need to wait at rush hours.

Good place. Got the noodles and pork dumplings. Delicious and affordable. Nice chewy noodles. Dumplings were a bit dried and stuck to each other.
