Zu Michels Stern gibt es eigentlich nichts Neues zu berichten, außer dass sie wieder Post von Michelin bekommen haben. Und das zu Recht. Ich komme hier regelmäßig vorbei , so dass ich nicht jedes Mal eine Bewertung schreiben kann. Die beiden Brüder schmeissen den Laden absolut professionell. Ich war bisher kein einziges Mal enttäuscht worden und kann das Restaurant bzw die Küche nur in den höchsten Tönen loben. Der Service von Stefan Michel ist outstanding.
