I typed in “hu tieu” in Yelp and this place appeared. There are many parking spaces on the left side of the building, while the right side was reserved for outdoor dining. I went to the front door and said I wanted to dive. The guy said you got a seat at the table and call him when he's ready to order. So we went and to the table, had a small note that said if you are ready to order, please call this phone number. That the menu could be viewed electronically on Yelp, inside on the wall, or printed paper menu at the entrance. We were not satisfied with the paper menu, so we went back. The official menu on the wall had more pages with photos. The first page showed the types of noodles offered...

Ate the Pho Tai here. Pretty good. Meat is a bit tough and not tender though. If you are a big eater, you may want to order extra noodles. Free ice or hot tea. Pretty good tea. Service is quick. Been here three times and all three times the food came out quickly.

My favorite place for noodles here in SGV hands down! Quality food and the friendly service. I've been here since they went to Valley Blvd, and I still find myself back and over.

Service was great. Lots of parking. They make noodles and they're good at them. Her fried Chinesse Doughnut is made fresh in the house and tasty addicted.
