Mike's Palace - Reservar uma mesa

We had two delicious dinners at Mike today. The seafood special with fish and sauce had solid white fish and a mild pasta sauce with soup and vegetables. The black salmon was also very good. Valdez is busy and an air show added to the crowd in the city. The waiting staff was friendly and disabled by too many customers make our waiting for the check a little long. The decor is very Alaska international. The restaurant is located right at the port. Two dinners were $78 with service fee and tax. This summer you will receive a voucher for $50 to spend in the city businesses from the visit Valdez website.

This restaurant was a popular one with a long wait. We couldn't get a table on day 1 without reservations, but came back at 5:00 on another day and sat immediately. Vegetarian options were limited but delicious. The zucchiniries were great. Tested the beet root with warm goat cheese, that was also delicious. Large selection of beer and wine. Good service. Look at this place when you are in the beautiful city of Valdez!

Had a chicken fajita. First time I've gotten all the fixings just in a bowl and then Tortillas laying on a plate. While it tasted fine it wasn't the fajita experience one usually gets and for over $25 I think I could of thrown it together. Most times it comes with guacamole and sour cream but here you pay for it.

Typically no fan after past experiences here but I gave them another shot and tried their Burger Extravaganza and was pleasantly surprised with a large burger that was cooked to order and very tasteful and delicious. Hit the place after a long working day and will be back for their burgers in the future.

Mikes Palace it's awesome! Be careful servings are huge. So many options for vegetarians , from appetizers to main dishes you can actually choose, you don't need to only get the only vegetarian option, there are many! Service was amazing by Alice!!!! Kudos!
