Mila Mexican Restaurant Bar

We found this place on a whim and it was perfect. The food is made to order so you will wait a few minutes but the flavor of the meat, the server and the atmosphere were definitely my favorite part of our dining experience. I had the chicken tinga tacos and he had a burrito bowl- that hot sauce was amazing ? Our total with 2 drinks was around $48 before our tip but we made sure to tip him more than the 15% you would normally give. The waiter was so fast and attentive, the restaurant was extremely clean and our food was delicious. We will definitely go here again. Unfortunately I was so into the tacos I didn't have a chance to take any pictures lol maybe next time.

We spent a total of $100.10 here for two people. We orders 6 Al Pastor tacos, 1 margarita, 4 Sols and a chicken chimichanga. The chimichanga was sooooo bad. The presentation looked nice but inside was 30% chicken and 70% cheese. The amount of cheese was overpowering. It felt more like a grilled cheese. Between two people we ate about 1/4 of it. Too much cheese. Server was nice, we were the only table. Margarita options were tasty.

A bit pricier than expected but all food costs are up for restaurants too. Everything was fresh and takes a little bit of time to prepare which I like because then you know it’s fresh. The prices are in line with other Mexican taco menus in Vaughan. I recommend getting a side of Mexican rice and the nachos and guacamole. The enchilada was almost as big as my head. My son had it and it looked delicious.This place is a solid 4.5.

The loaded nachos were far from loaded… barely any toppings! The elote was off the cob and very good! My fish tacos were great. My friend had the beef tacos and said they weren’t very good. Service was just ok-should have been better as we were the only guests in the restaurant.

Ordered the “carne Asasa” for 17$ it took a hour to come and was ground beef with sour cream. The meat was tough and flavourless. Service was pretty rough.
