Mima’s - Reservar uma mesa

I stumbled upon this pizza place today and I am thrilled that I did. The owner was very friendly and gave me a tour of the various pizza options as soon as I walked in. I decided to try the rollatini pizza and it was fantastic. The crust was light and crispy, and the combination of beats, ricotta, and marinara was perfect. I learned that this is a new location, and as a traveler passing through, I would definitely recommend stopping by!

The owner, Joel, is wonderful and we had a great meal. It's a new restaurant and I wasn't expecting much when I walked in. Having lived in Italy for several years, I know good Italian cuisine, and the rigatoni pomodoro was cooked perfectly al dente. My companion also enjoyed his pasta e fagioli soup and chicken Parmesan. I would suggest warming the bread and having a bread plate.

The food at this restaurant was incredibly tasty, especially the pizza and empanadas! We also tried the chicken tenders with fries, which were equally delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, giving a perfect 10/10 rating.
