I contacted her for minnie mouse cookies for my daughter's birthday party. I had to repeatedly follow up to confirm and attempt to pay. Her response time is Extremely slow. She finally confirms the order officially and says she will send invoice in a few days. Well she never does. I wait and wait giving her time assuming she's busy. Finally I reach out saying I still need the invoice. She read the message and never responded. Guess she changed her mind. I waited around giving her the benefit of a doubt and ended up in a time crunch. Mimi's cookies was amazing!! I ordered cookies online for my husband's 70th Birthday. I sent two pictures of him and she made they perfect and they tasted delicious! I emailed her to confirm they were ready and she responded right away. I will use her again in the future. Thank you so much! Liz

Best specialty bakery I have ever seen! I've ordered for special occasions twice from Mimi's and her team's level of detail, diligence and work product is incredible. Everyone who has seen the cookies she's made for me is in awe. It is worth the drive even if you are not directly in Waldwick!
