Mineshaft Tavern - Reservar uma mesa

Although the Shaft Mine shares a kitchen and seating with Origins, it is by no means just for seniors. There is a small bar area and whatever you ask, there is probably beer, some local, tap and a small selection of wines. There's a pool table. Most tables are small for 2 seats, but some can be pushed together for a larger group. Our meals were quite good, the food came hot, the frits are nicely spiced and crisp and the portions were neither overwhelming nor too small simply perfect, the price class is in the middle of the price.

I am a local and I came to an early dinner all I wanted was a simple order of fish and chips, we waited for over 45 minutes and were about to go when the order finally came up. Underwhelming fat fish and pale...cooked frozen fries. Please choose any other place to eat.

Friendly and professional service was only topped off by the amazing food. I've eaten here a few time now and never disappointed... I have been here for a social beer, with a few friends and for dinner with family -> recommended!!

it was a clean comfortable place to relax and enjoy a beer and sandwich. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the flatbread pizza was to die for

Great place for a drink. Easy walk from Solara, Falconcrest and other restaurants. Attached to a senior community that was nice.
