We walked in at 8:49pm and the closing time is 10pm. The young lady was very unprofessional and unfriendly said “what do you want?” , we said one ice cream flan and she immediately stopped me and said oh we stopped serving ice cream now, well my boss said so, she goes to the back then comes and around and turns off the ice cream machine right in front of me. I said we only need the flan ice cream and she said no. We walked out and then she proceeded to call security and said I was belligerent. A must when visiting CityWalk or Universal Studios. They offer cold hot teas, coffee as well as fruit drinks; and choice of add ins such as boba, lychee jelly and even cotton candy! You can also customize the sweetness level of your drink, and they also have oat milk for those who don't do dairy. Their drinks are made to order, so expect to wait if you see a line. If you are a Universal Studios pass holder, don't forget to use your discount!

I saw this walking by and there’s nothing like an excellent boba drink on a cold day!I ordered their honey milk tea with boba along with a pistachio ice cream macaroon. The honey milk tea was delicious and the boba was great. The macaroon took the meal to a whole new level I wish I ordered another because they’re pretty small.I’d definitely come back again to try their other flavors and customer service was excellent!

I had the lavender matcha boba and the tea was good but the boba was slightly under cooked. I know that it was undercooked because I have tried many types of boba and make it myself. The tea is good, has a strong lavender and honey flavor .Food: 3/5
