Today it was so that there was neither a service nor one that gave the feeling, one would be desired. here is a small note for the operators: personally, who is not interested in any wise for the guests, prefer to smoke, make it comfortable on their own places, new guests ignored and no settings

fatal service, food is very rich and the place is wonderful but the fundamental part of a business, service, is lousy and rude. I gave two more opportunities and I remained equally discontented. I'm not coming back.
