The teas are brewed in-house, with no powdered drinks, and they also have a variety of boba add-ons available. I tried the honey milk tea, which didn't quite taste like honey milk tea to me - I couldn't even identify the tea used. However, my boyfriend enjoyed his sea salt cream jasmine tea. I used to love this place, however, the customer service recently has been horrible. A worker with orange hair was incredibly rude, got my order wrong (I am lactose intolerant and asked for almond milk but they gave me regular milk), and then proceeded to give me an attitude for asking if they could correct it. I have dealt with her nasty attitude before and unfortunately do not feel like going back. The lines are always pretty long and no boba is worth being treated like an animal. I will be sticking to the South Beach location or going to the other boba place across the street.”

I came to this bubble place because my little sister wants to try a bubble drink for the first time and I found this place close to home. My first impression was very disappointed by the customer service, the girl in front was very rude, no interest in explaining to my younger sister the drink she recommended, very few words.I give them 2 starts because the drink was ok

Sooo good! You can choose your sweetener level, tea and boba. Not crazy expensive. I'm not much of a tea drinker I don't really like but the tea here is delicious!

I really enjoy the variety of teas at this restaurant. My favorite is the Thai tea with boba, and the service is always quick.
