Miyako Doral Japanese

First time visiting this restaurant and the experience was TERRIBLE! The air conditioning was broken, the heat and the smell of smoke was unbearable! I ordered a lomo saltado and a seafood chaufa, when the food arrived the meat was hard and raw even though I ordered it well cooked. The chaufa's faggots were tough. Both dishes lacked flavor. To conclude, they include a 15% tip in the bill, which I thought was in very bad taste! Since the tip is given according to the service one receives, it should not be mandatory. Even worse when the experience was of such poor quality. First and last that I visited your restaurant. Terrible experience!

I'm so glad we got to try this place during our short stay in Miami. The food was delicious, service was great and quick. I tried the pulpo a la parrilla and it was very tender, the spicy sauce that came with it was perfect. I also had a pineapple and mint cocktail but I forgot the name, it was super yummy as well. It would be good if their website and GPS information stated that they serve people until 8:30 pm and that the kitchen closes at 8:40 pm. The person who receives should have a little more tact in communicating with customers and more. when you go for the first time, very bad experience for my first visit
