Mizu Japanese Steak House In Trussville

I'm a sushi snob so I'm very particular about sushi. This sushi was just OK. We ordered three rolls one was Sexy Lady and Godzilla (can't remember the other roll's name) which all arrived on the same plate. The waitress didn't point out which roll was which but the Sexy Lady was so bland. The Godzilla roll I think was the best. The rolls just need more flavor. The spicy tuna just didn't have enough spice and was bland. The rolls also needed more sauce as that would increase the flavor.

Enjoyed every bit of it. There is plenty of food to food. Chefs are professional. Great place to go for a birthday.
