Mo' Burger - Reservar uma mesa

Just left the Wild Creek Mall location in Bethlehem, PA and had the most horrible experience! Gerson, the cashier who was working, displayed the most disgusting and unprofessional manner towards my boyfriend and I. He was rude, combative and behaved like a street hoodlum! I ended up not even ordering anything but my boyfriend’s food was not even worth it. My boyfriend was complaining about him and he told him to shut up and dared him to a fight! This was the most unprofessional person I have encountered in a long time. Customer service is something innate and not taught! This employee is a shame to the establishment and should not be working in customer service.

Beware!!!!!!Food sits out for countless hours only to be reheated after being pulled from a corner. See photo, I watched it happen! Even when pulled from the corner to pretend burgers are cooked fresh, burger buns are stale, cheese on burger not even melted after burger pulled from a corner where they sit for who knows how long and onion rings obviously repeatedly dropped in oil as you can see in picture. Obnoxiously priced for the stomach cramps you will get! Could possibly understand if it were busy and food moving quickly but this was definitely not the case. EAT BEFORE YOU GO

If I say I will pickup order in 15 min, do not leave the coffee cup face up, with all the customers coming to the order desk. Do not touch the inside of the coffee cup with your fingers. If I ask for new coffee cup, do not say no and offer me a plastic cup after what happened. If my coffee cup is new, and uncontaminated sitting face up for 15 min like you think, then there should be no problem exchanging the cup. Pretty simple, right.

Been coming here for years. I usually free my comps as food is a Lil expensive. Burgers are usually good. Breakfast is good but small portions and high price. But once again I use my comps.

35$ for 2 cold chicken sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 waters. Don't even bother. Came out fast, that's about it.
