Modesto Trattoria - Reservar uma mesa

What an amazing experience! The service was impeccable. We sat at the bar and Tyler took amazing care of us. Tyler was also running the entire bar alone, making craft cocktails and making wine pairing suggestions. The old fashioned is probably one of the best in Asheville! Now the food was incredible, anything seafood is extremely fresh. Although I really liked my Seafood Carbonara, there was a lot of flavors going on. I would have picked something else a little more simple the next time I visit. The portion sizes are also very generous! Would definitely visit again. Thank you!

Really tasteful food. I've never had such a good pizza chest! It was light and airy, but still thick. They had many different choices for pizza. The food took a long time. We were one of only 2 tables there for lunch (we came when they opened) and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. It could be because I ordered the pizza. Tiramisu was also good.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks but the physical space this restaurant in leads something to be desired. Felt cramped and the somewhat broken front door which refused to close itself once someone used it was an annoyance throughout the meal. Some upgrades are in order if they want to charge the prices they are.

We had a great experience at Modesto. Our waiter Darren was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The food was excellent. We had the Spanish Octopus to start, which was really really good! For entrees we had the Amatriciana and Wild Mushroom pasta. Both were excellent. Highly recommend Modesto.

Everything was fabulous. Intime setting, amazing wine selection recommendation (danke Sean/Shawn! , perfectly prepared, unique dishes. Can't wait to come back when we're in Asheville!
