Moe's Southwest Grill

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My burrito was not rolled properly and was folded in half like a taco. I also received only a few chips with no salsa, despite requesting red salsa. I have been a customer since the opening of this place, but the quality has deteriorated so much that I will now be going to Chipotle instead. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the challenges of finding good staff, but every person who eats a burrito knows that they should be rolled and folded properly, not just thrown haphazardly into foil. For $18, I expected a delicious masterpiece, but instead received something inedible. This experience was so disappointing...

I went there today for lunch and they didn’t have hard shell tacos, they didn’t have any sauces in the self-serve area, they didn’t have the hard round shell that goes inside the stacker. One of the staff said the delivery truck arrived this morning and they just haven’t got the stuff out. I said “never mind” and before me about 3 people left due to the same reason; because they didn’t have what they wanted. I also left. I am not a person to give reviews but I had to. It is not the first time that this happens and not only that, some of them are very unprofessional and have the (I don’t want to work) face. Sad.

this situation is terrible. I don't understand how people can mess up an online order. the articles are written down and they just have to go down a list and how do they run out of ground bark? I understand that there is a problem of the supply chain, but if I can still buy it without problems in the load, then I don't see how it can be a problem there. even if they send my online order to them in a plate with aluminum foil, they can at least name them that are because once they discover all see the same.

do not count them to get the Monday burrito special, unless they have an app. had a girl let me wait while she put the dinge away. then some of the foods were not ready yet and when I got to the end of the counter I found, unless I had the app I could not get the Monday special. the sad thing was that there was a big smile on her face, I don't think she likes to work with the public. Erin, the general manager, is amazing! She helped me settle issues with Doordash and refunding even though the problem at hand was completely unrelated to her, the Wallingford location, or any Moe’s employee. I genuinely cannot express my gratitude for her and the entire Moe’s staff in Wallingford.

Moe 's has good food. It 's served up quick, hot, to your specifications. You ALWAYS get FRESH tortillas chips, Self serve drinks, my favorite is the "Moe- Rita selection...(they were out this visit ?)Would recommend.

There was hair in my burrito, brought it back and asked for a refund. Manager said they don’t do refunds in the store and took my number down and said the general manager would contact me, which they never did.

I found that Moe's is pretty Dirty! Couldn't find a Clean table and the Floors were Dirty.If they aren't going to clean the tables,they Should at least leave out a Clean Cloth and 409 or Cleaning Wipes Reserve uma mesa agora

Location sucks. People aren’t very nice and slow service. I ordered online 2 different paid orders. 1 went thru, the other didn’t and I still got charged for both. Beware for online orders

chips were extremely stable, we hardly ate anything. the steak was super chewing, almost unusable. they were made of a lot of things, including bowls and bags. this place falls apart.
