Moe's Southwest Grill

Absolutely terrible service from the staff. We got three burritos and my wife asked to make a meal for each with two sides of caso and one of quac. They rang us up and my wife asked for the drinks. They person that checked us out said we didn’t buy drinks, only the sides. We were then told that since they had already rang us out, the only option was for us to buy the drinks. So instead of the side and drink for $4, now I have paid almost $8 a person for both. Didn’t help that the staff blamed my wife for not telling them we wanted to make it a meal. She certainly did. Glad to know that this locations answer to a mistake is to make the customer pay for it. Will be choosing Chipotle in the fut...

I loved what I ordered and loved this moe’s! I got a pink lemonade with a soft taco. It was amazing best tacos I ever had. I recommend the moe’s Southwest Grill in Glenmont! Staff was extremely dull, unfriendly and slow. My steak bowl was so salty it gave me heartburn, but the chips were good. Not from the area but wouldn't come back. The food was good, but the customer service was lacking. They didn't greet us when we arrived, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.
