What can I say about this phenomenal place? A lot. Works hard and always polite. When he learned that my brother died, he prepared his usual order for me free in the honor of my brother. He didn't have to, but he did. 2. The staff is sweet, friendly and talented. They prepare the excellent tasting food quickly, efficiently, and I never see anyone complaining. You're brilliant. 3. Bathrooms are clean. Regularly checked. 4. Sweet tea. It's one of my favorite spots to grab this southern nectar. If the owner was not so brilliant, this would be listed #1. 5. This place is so friendly! Great food. Always consistent service, food and experience. Friendly staff. As a Southerner we like our tea and it's always fresh here. Also large portion sizes. Children love it here for lunch, but we also get for takeout. The toilets are immaculate. You can say these people really care about this place. Owner or manager always has a smile on his face.

Called to place a to-go order and was told 15 minutes. When I got there it was ready for pickup. From the guy that took my order to the lady that took my money they were all friendly. The place was clean . The stake and shrimp was good , the hibachi stake was a little over cooked. The rice was the best.

Mon Cafe Japan Surfside is #1 on our list of places to eat on holiday. We usually eat there twice over a long weekend. I wish we were on site.

This is my daughter's favorite place. It's not dissapoint. Food is cooked fresh and reasonable waiting time. The staff is also friendly.
