I absolutely love this place! You start out deciding if you want a regular or large bowl. You can also do combos which include a drink, rice, and miso soup. You go through the line decide how much meat and veggies you would like. If there’s something you’d like that doesn’t fit in your bowl you can always ask them to add it in for you. I usually do a mixture of the sauces they have. It is the perfect amount of spicy and other flavors (don’t let the oyster sauce stop you from getting it because once it’s all together it’s magic in your mouth). They cook it for you right away it doesn’t take very long! They always have great service and they are very kind people.

I have lived in riverside since 2016, and although I have seen this place again and again, I had never tried to eat it recently. I'm almost depressed that I've missed on this for so long. I was very impressed with the food. everything was delicious, delicious and just as I had ordered it. the portion size was generous, the service was fast, and the prices were fair! if they were like me and have wondered about this place, please do one please please please please please and give them a try! I can't wait until I have another meal from here.

Was greeted very kindly and energetically by a gentleman as soon as we walked in. He made us feel comfortable since it was our first time in. He explained to us to not be shy when filling our bowls and if whatever we want doesn’t all fit then we can have them personally add more when they put it on the grill. The food was extremely flavorful and delicious. Super fresh! We made the choice to get it to go and drove 20 minutes home. The food was still hot and steamy and amazing. 10/10 recommend! Great food and great service!

Very impressed with this food! I got their was was greeted by a friendly woman who took my order, a large bowl. I added my meat veggies and took it to the cook. The cook asked if they could add additional meat/veggies because I didn’t load it up enough (a win in my book) and added tons of sauce. I let him have free reign since he knows best. Food was hot, delicious and I will definitely go back.

Took wife and 8 year old here to try it out. Everyone liked it very much. You pick all the ingredients, they cook it with yummy noodles to your desired spicy level. Different flavor sauces available to choose from.
