Montys Restaurant Bar

Our pre-booked table was given away even though we arrived early. A waiter had a tantrum in front of us, throwing his cloth to the floor at the feet of another waiter. Asked for the Chefs choice of pate, but was served the liver pate...at twice the price. Quite a few bones in the fish and chips. Bar manager would not let me sit at the bar as I would have been in his way, but then just let others stand there taking up just as much room. I did not make a fuss on the night and chose to message my issues. When you message, you only receive a reply telling you how to book and no other response to the message. I looked but could not find an email to contact the management. I hate to write a review...

A equipe era muito simpática e o restaurante tem uma ótima localização. Infelizmente, eles são seriamente prejudicados pela qualidade da comida. Meu marido pediu uma pizza que se parecia com uma pizza congelada, e não uma boa. Eu pedi o linguine de camarão que parecia ter sido feito há algum tempo. Estava pesado e os camarões estavam borrachudos. Nossos garotos pediram nuggets de frango do menu infantil. Nenhum deles terminou a refeição, o que é inédito, eles acharam as batatas fritas terríveis (palavras deles, não minhas). Meu marido e eu devolvemos nossas refeições e o garçom amavelmente as retirou da conta. O, suponho, gerente veio falar conosco, mas insistiu que a comida tinha sido cozid...

A animação na praça, que é para todos os locais, é excessivamente alta e tivemos que pedir para abaixar o volume, pois não conseguíamos ouvir os funcionários ou nós mesmos falarmos ou pensarmos. A comida é ok, mas nada de especial. Os funcionários parecem ser lentos e discutem entre si. Grandes grupos de crianças pulando e dançando, o que é bom se você é pai de uma criança pequena, mas isso não é o que você pode chamar de local para uma família mais velha ou para uma noite romântica. Alguém em Vale do Lobo precisa reconsiderar o que estão criando, pois tudo parecia muito Benidorm e isso não é o que se espera no triângulo dourado.

Montys is the place we can’t wait to go to on our first night also tradition to go on our last night. It is the perfect place to enjoy the amazing Vale do lobo Praca music atmosphere and safe environment for everyone especially children....The food service quality is always perfect with so much choice to suit everyone that is something to be proud of when you see how busy they are. The staff always treat everyone like they are the only ones that matter and the children love the waiters as they have so much fun with them, (even though they are run off their feet) Cocktails are delicious too We can’t wait to return Reserve uma mesa agora

Visited here during a recent golfing trip and wasn't disappointed. Food was excellent, service excellent and a great atmosphere. Not cheap but certainly not over priced for the quality on offer. Eating atea is nicely designed so that you can watch football if you want...or listen to any acts they might have on without either disturbing the other. Would definitely recommed a visit if you are in the area.

We got dragged down by our children who wanted to go to the price. The food is poor pub food. Lots of frozen stuff. Very little fresh or local produce. Service is good but not engaging. The kids had a great time in the square...and at the mini golf so I suppose we would go back for that but not the food or drink.

Had a great meal here over half term. The service was great and the food was amazing, can highly recommend the ribs just go with a big appetite! Well worth a visit, just don’t forget to book first Reserve uma mesa agora

Brilhante, brilhante, brilhante equipe, comida e atmosfera ótimas, altamente recomendado. Já fui várias vezes e cada visita foi ótima, parabéns a toda a equipe.

Lovely restaurant, all very happy with our meals. Would recommend for both families and couples. We will definitely be back .
