Moorish Blue - Reservar uma mesa

Shocking customer service. We travelled 30 minutes here for New Year’s Eve dinner after making a reservation online. When we arrived they informed us we had to pay $95 a head for a set menu. We were not that hungry and we’re not going to pay that. Was this information mentioned on the website where we made the booking? If so we didn’t see it. We looked at the online menu and it wasn’t $95 a head. One waiter told us we could order takeaway instead so we opted for that. Then I noticed the waiter have a fiery argument with one of the chefs. Moorish Blue has become our go-to restaurant at which to have a night out with family members (including on this occasion a 9 month old grandchild) when visiting Sydney from Newcastle. The friendliness with which we are greeted the quality of food service are always wonderful. We will definitely be back.
