Morimoto Napa - Reservar uma mesa

Absolutely amazing dining experience if you know or appreciate the style. The menu is somewhat limited which, to me, helps focus everything on the incredible quality of the food. But, if you 're looking to choose from 6 pages of dishes, well, just go somewhere else. Sushi was insane quality, pork belly mind-blowing, sticky ribs were a once in a lifetime taste the duck rice wrapped a bow around the entire meal. Plus, I 've got to recognize Mary Ann who in all my life, was one of the best servers I 've ever had.

We have dined at Morimoto Maui a couple times but this is the first time we have dined at Morimoto Napa. Our service was very good and the dishes were very good as well. The mixed greens salad was delicious and plenty for two or three. The Rock shrimp dish was very good but very rich. The spicy tuna roll was good but the tuna texture was too creamy for me..I didn't love it. The pork rice dish was also yummy and nice to share with two ppl. We would likely go back and try it again when we are here in Napa.

Inside, something should be done about the room acoustics. The noise level was excessive, uncomfortable and damaging,. Fortunately the staff was able to accommodate us and seat us alfresco, which was super delightful. Server Ashley was spot on. 10 out of 10.

We were a little early for our reservations and were told we could be seated closer to our time. We watched 2 or 3 tables be seated ahead of us with no reservations. The food was great otherwise.

Great food as always, loved it when once my glass of water dipped below the half way mark a server came over to refill
