Considering the decline in cooking quality, Morrisons has made a bold move by changing their policy regarding breakfast dishes. Previously, customers could request to exchange a dish for another at no extra cost. However, this is no longer the case as customers are now required to pay for any additional items they request, even if they do not want the original item. This can result in unnecessary food waste or additional costs for customers. This new policy comes across as greedy and goes against the needs of ordinary people who are struggling with the impact of high inflation and job losses. the worst breakfast I've ever been served anywhere in my life. my mother said the same thing. the speck was there for hours before serving and was gummy. the eggs were boiled. they were cold infact everything was...the sausages were overcooked. the oash and mushrooms were fully fat and were obviously cooked hours before serving. the tomats were raw. Honestly, as the workers think that it is acceptable to serve this food to people is good and really beyond me. I had a train to catch today, otherwise I would have made my complaint there and then. To be honest, the only thing that was okay was the dead. an insult for themselves and their customers. instead they go to the wetherspoons next door.

we decided to stop early in morrisons oxted. No one on the road, but a very rude assistent who said toast on eating what they want we answered a cooked breakfast ', they said, they get their own drinks and then someone will see. what they want, she stole from other employees, even called a cheeky kiss. very loud person and a bad image for morrisons. no pleasant experience.

surprisingly a nice little caffe with well cooked very inexpensive fish and chips. highly recommended
