Morrison's Irish Pub

First time here as we were visiting Alton that weekend for the ghost conference that was in town. My mother and I absolutely loved everything that we ate. The potato Pancakes were so mouth watering to me and the horseradish sauce was excellent. But what got me the most was the corned beef. The flavor was absolutely delicious. I've never had a corned beef like I've tasted at Morrison's. The spices they use were phenomenal. I wish I could get the recipe for the corned beef! The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star rating is because our service was extremely slow. We arrived after two in the afternoon. It was a busy place. After placing our food order, we were told that it would take a little longer than usual. Over an hour later we were served our food and one of the meals was wrong. When it was pointed out, it was corrected quite quickly. Our server was friendly and apologetic. I had the lambburger and enjoyed it. The surroundings were pleasant. This was our first time here. I'm glad we weren't in a hurry. I don't have to hurry.

10 out of 5 This is my place. I'm here every Thursday for her sleepy night that's an explosion. The bartender and waitress are a Hoot, the food is excellent when you are looking for traditional Irish food, and the regular on Thursday are sure you are entertaining with traditional Irish music and songs of the sea. I definitely recommend checking this.

because was good, but nothing special, service was slow and lack of accuracy, the place is clean, but worn. Irish atmosphere, but nothing special. Drinks cheap. A good thing we could talk to good friends.

Your Bubble and Squeak were absolutely delicious! This is a family-run pub and they use their own recipe! The waitress was so friendly and real. The food was also cheap
