I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Sunday afternoon around 1 o'clock. I quickly realized that I should have come earlier! Unfortunately, all the bread was sold out, so I settled for a fresh ham and pickle mustard sandwich and a vegemite twist. The sandwich was delicious! The bread was soft and moist, with a flavorful crust that I surprisingly enjoyed. The vegemite pastry was also a hit. I definitely need to return earlier next time to try their bread and other sweet pastries.

We decided to return on Friday, but once again the beef pies had sold out. However, a member of the staff offered us a frozen chicken pie to take home instead. When we reached the counter, she included an extra free pie and gave us instructions on how to heat them up. The service was excellent and we will definitely be returning for more of their incredible pies.

If you are looking for a gourmet pie, look no further. This place has great tasting pie at a reasonable price. It can get quite busy during lunch hour on weekdays. They also have a great range of fresh bread, sandwiches and cakes. <br/

Best pies in Melbourne. Hands down! This was a beef cheek pie with their signature sweet and spicy relish. Yum! They have lots of other goodies as well. Get in early because the pies sell out fast!

I discovered this hidden bakery by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The pies were delicious, with a good amount of filling and a perfectly thin crust.
