Not the same, at all. I first off want to say that the only reason I stopped at Mr.Chicken was that I was recently visiting Willoughby after moving out of the state and wanted to taste that good ol’ chicken that I remember having 5+ years ago. However, I was wrong. This experience was not what it use to be. The girl at the drive-through was so nasty. She claimed they did not have any tenders or fries in stock and the only thing available was wings. I couldn’t believe that a company that advertises itself as a “chicken fast-food restaurant “ could be out of tenders or fries. Good food done right. The staff is professional, pleasant and patient. I was treated like an estimated guest, not just another drive-thru order. Mr. Chicken is the David in a neighborhood of two chicken goliaths in this huge retail / healthcare neighborhood. Make yourself a favor and don't count regional favorite Mr. Chicken from the chicken game. In my opinion, the best sides are the Cole Slav and the baked beans. To be honest, I haven't tried her Mac Cheese for some time. I adapt the cookies; I prefer the maize bread muffins. Mr. Chicken used to be in Ashtabula and I'd go a lot there. The food was great and I miss so much. We drove 3 hours to this Mr. Chicken, and I wanted to get chicken livers, but they were sold. I was so disappointed But the chicken and the potato pulp and the Coleslaw biscuits are just so amazing, so delicious I'm sorry that they are no longer Ashtabula

Terrible place to eat no good customer service. Just in all, a flat out mess at that Mr. Chicken, P. S, don't order online. This place is a joke. Wanted my money back and did not get a penny back ?Food: 1/5
