Unfortunately, after today, Mr. M?s lost a long family in her business. If we ever come back? ll only be the moving road position, as after reading the same owner does not work this. The unprofessional type Paul Maiers, who has answered today at the university location on the phone, is extremely rude, inaccessible, belittling and should not run a business. He was so cold, careless and rude when we explained him, we just spent $12 on a sub that went into the garbage. The Bratbeef was old, brown and dry! He refused to come another day or a refund. Ordered two sandwiches on Uber eats they came beyond rotten, I called the store and the manager advised me to bring them back and they will remake them I didn?t want the subs remade right then and there because I was disgusted and Paul (the OWNER) mom told me I have two sandwiches as a credit. I went back 2 weeks later to get my two sandwiches and the the advised me they will not remaking them 2 weeks later. No wonder you can?t keep employees there! I was a loyal customer and Paul I hope you see this and know you lost a good customer!!!! I will never come back to this location.

Pre ordered a Turkey/Salami subgroup from here. While the pick-up time at this point was not reached (by personalization), it was also the best time (12p) so that I understand and patiently waited. The sub was phenomenal and worth waiting. However, I would better customer service training for the Gentleman behind the Theke Handling guests (he's a bit rough around the edges and certainly some people smell the wrong way). I'll try again.

For the price point, quality of food and level customer service can be beaten this place. One of the few places in South Florida that is worth what you pay. Sandwiches are super filling compared to other brands and definitely made of high-quality ingredients! Edit frequently here! Love the food deal options and the new cash register are great people. You have rewards and salad bowls now. Images are still up to date!
