Mr. Puffs - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve been visiting Mr. Puffs over the years while visiting and felt compelled to share this horrid experience. I visited the Dix 30 location around 3:15 pm on August 27/2021. When I arrived I noticed a group of young people (6) who may have been friends with the cashier (Danielle according to the receipt) standing next to her near the food preparation area. They had placed an order, but this is clearly a health violation during an ongoing pandemic. Once it was my turn to order, I asked Danielle about the popular flavours. taste pretty good, but presentation is a total mismatch and cleanliness of the place is questionable. I ordered chocolate hazelnuts and instead it was like on the pictures, it was everywhere; too much chocolate, messy and not appetit. also there is hazelnut on the image that has not been added to our order. then there is the fact that her floor is literally an ice rink, oily about what I saw in every restaurant, selling the fried objects. they have a little bit of an ess field on the back, but we didn't even urge to sit there because it stinks like toilets, what happens that just down. that is unacceptable in today's norms.

Not all the products were available.. disappointed because no customers notices... Their one way COVID-19 system is not working : the place is small and they keep making customers crossing their way when taking retrieving orders even if the signals tell us something else... Very confusing. But the food OK still same as any other Mr Puffs.

Tried to order at the counter, politely and normally, in English, and I was told to speak French and was refused service and I left.

unfortunately we ordered a box of 6 combo boeno and strawberry and we only got strawberry, but there it was delicious!
